Tot Squad is a dynamic and fast growing start-up in the baby product/service industry, looking for a Marketing Associate who has interest in entrepreneurship and the opportunity to help take our company to the next level, nationally. This position is based at our headquarters in Culver City, working closely with CEO/Founder Jennifer Beall Saxton and the executive team. The Marketing Associate is responsible for the implementation of consumer & B2B marketing, partnership development and social media plans

Manage consumer email marketing campaigns by coordinating with field managers to develop content; review, publish and track performance of campaigns
Evolve social media presence by developing robust content calendar; coordinate with partners to enhance content, including giveaways, special events and promotions
Develop and/or update marketing materials (brochures, t-shirts, signage etc.) for partners, franchisees and new markets
Develop library of graphic images for use in e-marketing campaigns and social media; experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator or InDesign a big plus
College degree with academic focus in Marketing, Public Relations, Business or Advertising is ideal
Detail oriented and organized, but also affiliate marketing campaigns able to multi-task and juggle projects
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work across a variety of departments and stakeholders
Hardworking and reliable; wiling to help out on whatever tasks need to be accomplished
