We're looking for a rock star Affiliate Marketing Executive to make a significant impact on our business, brands and customers.
We are focused squarely on building a world class Marketing platform & team that has responsibility for acquiring new Customers through various digital channels (Online Display, Email, Paid/Natural Search, Affiliates, Mobile and Social Media).
Generating high volume and high quality traffic to the website and ensuring strong conversion off the back of a great online customer experience are the primary goals for the team.
In order to realise our ambition we require candidates ideally with a background in online marketing and with a strong desire to make things happen.
This is a new role for the team as we continue to invest in building a team of in-house Affiliate experts. In this role your main responsibility will be to drive sales through the planning, implementation and measurement of online marketing campaigns. Your main focus will be on driving new customers to join/purchase s through our affiliate advertising channel.

Brief banners and landing pages in collaboration display and merchandising team
Reporting back to the business on the activity through the affiliate channel
Working closely with the other channels and business Units to understand the bigger picture?
An energetic self-starter with see post experience who is passionate and knowledgeable of the online industry
Commercially astute and experience of owning and working to achieve sales targets
Ability to analyse and evaluate performance of direct marketing activities and make recommendations for future improvements
Willing to take ownership and responsibility for all aspects of a project or campaign
Needs to be able to grasp big picture? to optimise delivery of their part of the overall plan
Able to build strong relationships externally & internally and leverage these to meet business demands
Entrepreneurial spirit; ambitious, self-starter who is able to effectively in a fast paced environment
Flexible attitude, appreciate that the competitive landscape is constantly evolving and able to adapt approach accordingly
